Medical Services
Medifam of California is continually building relationships with established and highly respected medical groups throughout Southern California. We work with many top-rated medical groups, independent physicians and health care resources that have agreed to extend reduced fees for medical services to our members.
As a member, you and your family have access to our preferred rates at any participating medical group or physician's office. Members simply pay the contracted reduced fee directly to the health care provider at the time of service.
All members receive an identification card and the Medifam Network Directory of Participating Providers. Members can visit any medical office with no limits or restrictions. Members simply present their identification card so that the medical group or physician can verify their eligibility. |
